First Steps

A fun-filled, stimulating theme-based programme where little ones develop language skills naturally and spontaneously through listening, observing, exploring and experiencing the language in action.

During this course, your child will:

  • begin to develop communication skills at an age when he/she is particularly receptive and not afraid to make mistakes;
  • discover vocabulary appropriate to his/her age group and his/her daily life;
  • sing songs, read stories, use puppets, play games and participate in arts and crafts and other fun-filled activities, enjoying endless opportunities to repeat and re-use the new found language;
  • become absorbed in the new language by working and playing together with his/her classmates in the new language.

Lessons also incorporate the 'Jolly Phonics' programme and an introduction to the 'Oxford Reading Tree' scheme.

Schedule
  • Registration Fee (HK$200 once only) & Learning Materials are not included in the Fees.
  • Length of Sessions: 1 hour 30 minutes
  • No. of Students in a Group: 4 - 6
  • Students are grouped by Age and Level
  • Twice Weekly Classes are also available, please contact us.
  • Private One-on-One Tuition is also available

Note: Should you want to enrol but find that the classes offered do not match your child's schedule, please contact us.  If enough people are interested in an alternative time for the class, we will be happy to set it up: we only need a minimum of 4 students to start a new class.
